Sarva U.P. Gramin Bank - 417 Vacancies - Officers (Scale-I,II,III), Office Assistants (Multipurpose) - 2014-2015

Sarva U.P. Gramin Bank, a Regional Rural Bank has announced 417 vacancies for the posts of Officers (Scale-I,II,III) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose).  Candidates who have qualified in the Online Common Written Examination (CWE) for RRBs conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) during September/October, 2014 are eligible to apply.
About the Bank:  Sarva U.P. Gramin Bank, a Government of India undertaking came into existence after amalgamating 4 RRBs (Kisan Gramin Bank of Budaun, Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank of Meerut, Devi Patan Kshetriya Gramin Bank of Gonda and Rani Laxmibai Kshetriya Gramin Bank of Jhansi). The bank is sponsored by Punjab National Bank and jointly owned by the Government of India, Government of U.P. and Punjab National Bank. The head office is located in Meerut.  The details of the advertisement notification is given below:

Educational Qualification
Officer (Scale-III)
Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Marketing & Co-operation, Law, Information Technology, Management, Economics and Accountancy.
Officer (Scale-II)
General Banking
Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture etc
Information Technology
Degree from a recognised University in Electronics/ Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Chartered Accountant
Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
Treasury Manager
Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution
Agricultural Officer
Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Diary/ Animal Husbandry/ Foresty/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Officer (Scale-I)
1. A Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Forestry, Agriculture, Horticulture, etc.
2.  Proficiency in local language  (Hindi) 
3. Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification
Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
(a) Essential: Proficiency in local language (Hindi)
(b) Desirable: Knowledge of Computer skills.
Experience
Officer (Scale-III)
Minimum 5 years experience as an officer in a Bank or Banking Financial Institutions.
Officer (Scale-II)
For General Banking and Agricultural
Minimum 2 years experience as an officer in a Bank or Banking Financial Institutions.
For Information Technology, Chartered Accountant and Treasury Manager
Minimum 1 year experience
Pre-Requisite Qualification
