GATE 2016 Examination Notification

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) an all India examination conducted jointly by 07 Indian Institute of Technology (IIT’s) - Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee and Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in various subjects in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture of Undergraduate level and science subject of Postgraduate level. GATE is a prerequisite for admission into various post-graduate programs (e.g., M. E., M. Tech, direct Ph.D.) in centrally funded Indian institutes of higher education and for employment opportunities in Public and Private Sector Undertakings like BHEL, IOC, BPCL, HPCL, GAIL, ONGC as Executive Trainee, Management Trainee.  GATE score card will be valid for 03 years from the date of announcement of the results
