Educational Qualifications as on 31.07.2017
Legal: Graduate or Post Graduate in Law
Engineers (Automobile): Graduate or Post Graduate in Engineering with automobile engineering as a subject
Medical Officer: MBBS
Generalist: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline
Actuaries: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline and passed 4 Actuarial papers from Institute of Actuaries of India or Institute & Faculty of Actuary, UK (IFoA)
Accounts: M.Com or CA or Cost and Management Accountant or MBA (Finance)
Note: 60% marks for GEN & OBC and 55% marks for SC/ST
Age as on 31.07.2017
Minimum: 21 years and Maximum: 30 years
(born not earlier than 01.08.1987 and not later than 31.07.1996 (both days inclusive)
Note: Relaxation in Upper Age Limit by 03 years for OBC, by 05 years for SC/ ST and 10 years for PwD
Pay Scale
Rs.32795-1610(14)-55335-1745(4)-62315 and other admissible allowances as per rules.
Salary/ Emoluments
Rs.51,000/- per month
Selection Procedure
Through Preliminary Exam, Main Exam and Interview
Guarantee Bond
Candidates selected will have to give an undertaking to serve the company for a minimum period of 04 years from the date of joining (including probationary period) failing which the candidate will be liable to pay liquidated damages equivalent to one year’s gross salary paid to the candidate during the year of probation and also have to submit a stamped Indemnity bond duly executed by two sureties of sound financial standing and not related to the candidate for an amount equivalent to one year’s gross salary
